strangevisitor7 gave me these:
1) The Who
Ah, The Who. They first started out as 'that band' who does the theme songs for CSI, heh and My Generation. Then I read a fic from
jennytork's LJ and fell in love. I devoured everything I could find and was saddened to find out two of the members had already passed away. Their music appeals to my inner-rock child and I can now join in on them in Rock Band. They're one of my groups where I can listen to all of their music and not get bored or sick or tired of them. I hope they continue on for many more years to come.
2) JD Dunne
What can I say about JD Dunne. I first read about him in a Sentinel Fic and I liked the character. I then discovered the ATF Virtual Seasons, thinking it was an actual show and when I tried to find out more about the series, I kept getting sent to these old western versions of the ATF guys. lol And I found out the ATF characters were modeled after the OW characters. While reading fic on all of them, JD stuck the closest to my heart. I identify with him. I like how he looks. He's one of the characters I could read about and write fic about and drool over sitting naked in the bathtub. Oh, wait. We already saw that scene. XD
3) Crossovers
What is it about Crossovers that appeals to me. Many things. Taking one character and inserting them into a different 'verse than their own. Or combining the two, it's always interesting to see how the mythos works together. And there is is awesomesauce crossover fic out there. Crossoers are like the fix-it of canon and fanon. Don't like how that character did in an ep, well, his long lost buddy from another show is going to come over and help him through his rough patch. :D Or where you can have one character from a show, woo another from another show. *cough*Chloe/Dean - Strangevistor7*cough* :D It's all about something different and zany that appeals to you. I mean, look at me, I write The Who and Magnificent Seven
crossover fic. :D
4) Canada
Oh, Canada. What can I say about my country. Except that it rocks! We have poutine. We burned the White House down in the War of 1812 (we even have a song about it). The founder of my province (Manitoba) rebelled against the Government. It's full of rich history, vibrant people and food! You can't forget the different kinds of food. We're one big melting pot of food love! :D And its a toque, people! A TOQUE!! Not a beanie! We have beer commercials dedicated to our country (check out Molson on youtube or 'I Am Canadian' commercial). My province named a beer after our football team. Yes, we have football up here, it's the CFL. :D We have actors and muscians that people actually know about and are surprised to hear that they're Canadian. *grins* I could go on and on and on forever about my country. My name is Sparrow and I AM CANADIAN!!! :D
5) YM Chat
One of the many chat programs I utilize to talk to my peeps. :D Why not stick to one you may ask! I have friends on MSN, Yahoo, AIM and IRC! I wander all over. And just because someone might stick to one chat program, doesn't mean my other friends don't. I like variety. It makes life interesting. Of course yahoo can be really annoying when it doesn't want to work. Then I want to kill it, skin it alive and hang it over my wall somehow. >.>
