Ever had one of those days?

Exactly what the subject header says, except mine has been going on for a couple of days now.

Fill my tire with air the night before I'm to go to work, 'cause I had a couple of days off. Come out the next morning, it's almost flat, so I get to a gas station and an air hose, fill it up. No problem, get to work okay.

Check on it during my lunch break, it's still doing good! Yay!

I'm now done work for the day and it's flat...*headdesk* The nice helpful security guard on my floor found out for me that there was an airhose on the third floor where I park. Trundled over with my car, filled it up and zoomed my car, while deathdefying downtown traffic all the way over to wal-mart.

Got it to the garage there in time for the 6pm closing time.

I carpooled to work the next day. I'm fine with that.

Get a call from Wal-Mart. "Yeah, you're inner wall on your tire has holes, the entire tire needs to be replaced." *headdesk and gives out monies to fix tire*

I ended up taking some bank time from work in the afternoon so I could go deposit some cheques to actually pay for the shiny new tire.

And today! TODAY!! I found out my Voice Mail light, the one that let's me know I have msg's...has been burned out, for about a month now...why didn't I notice?!?! *headdesk* Had a month worth of msg's I caught up on...

...crap...

Just now, I swear, just now...my underwire just snapped....

*whimpers* Someone come save me? Please?

And a new responsibility just got foisted on me that no one knows anything about. And the girl who did it before, still is in the company, but moved to another dept. Might have to set up a meeting with her to get a handle on things. And!! AND!! I'm being denied the overtime to train with a program I need for the new responsibility. Simply because we are over-overtime...*headdesk* I am busy enough as it is and they want me to learn this stuff, then they should approve the overtime I need to get it done.

Oh yeah... that sounds real helpful of them. Tell you to do something but not give the tools? Weird.

Sure... if you want to be bored out of your mind. I put three loads of washing through today... and went into to town to post some parcels and go to the bank... ;)

Bored out of my mind sounds real great right now. lol But I talked to my boss and I might get half the tools, it's still being worked out. The program I was handed is kinda falling apart and we're hoping this patches it back together.

*stuffs super glue into her pocket*

Washing...I finished washing...I need to actually hang it up...and send something by mail...*blinkblink* Is it hometime yet?

Writing sounds good, our stuff and I got a bit more of my song prompt fic I want to share. It's a small little bit, but i'm happy with how it turned out. :)
