You know, when you're scanning documents for work, it helps to press the scan button instead of staring at the machine and wondering why it isn't working.

Or you could freak out becqause your computer isn't working and alert everyone just to discover that it was just unplugged... not that THAT has ever happened to me. >_>

I've sorta done that, except I had hit the cord connecting the monitor to the tower.

So everything was working fine except the monitor. I even got the IT guys involved and when it was such a simple solution, I swear I was so red! lol And to this day, the IT guys tease me about anytime I call in and they joke how they don't 'work on monitor's anymore'.

My favourite self fail is to go on a mission in my house somewhere, get there and totally blank on why I'm there.
