I have one in the middle of my bottom lip. Like it, looks cool, can't wear it anymore much cause work says no :(

BUT

it hurt like HELL!!!! to get and my poor lip swelled right up for days. i got laughed at a lot. tattoos hurt less and for less time after. and no one laughs at you after either. (well, unless you get something really odd...)

totally worth it i spose.
