Grey Cup Finals '09 Dramarama

Sooooooo, some may or may not have heard about the Grey Cup finals.

Saskatchewan Roughriders were dominating most of the game and during the 4th quarter, the Montreal Allouettes managed to catch up.

The last 10 minutes were thrilling, I tell you, but nothing as thrilling as the last field goal.

Montreal attempted the convert and missed it. :( The Roughriders were going wild on the benches, thinking they won the Grey Cup, their second win in 3 years. They beat out Winnipeg in '07, we're still bitter about it. ;)

Buuuuut! A yellow penalty flag had been thrown and the roughriders had to be called back to their bench. The penalty - too many men on the field. lol

Poor Roughriders.

Montreal attempted the field kick again and got the convert.

They won 27-25!

AND THE CROWD WENT CRAZY!!!!!!!!!

I tell you, I was spent from just watching it all. *grins*
