yeah, but they don';t spend a lot of time with those two, so they're in for a disappointment when they go stalking the yonuger ones and don't get glittered!
(but the glow is pretty - the last scene of the next ep is Joe glowing and going "can I go now" and then it pans down to reveal Ryland reading War and Peace or Twilight. "Not yet, I need to see if the werewolf did it!")
