A little help flist?

Yes Flist, I am asking for your help!

What kind of help you may ask! Well, recently, very recently, so recent it was last night, I joined Weight Watchers. Huzzah!

And the program encourages you to be active. So I thought I'd start walking or go to a free skate at a local rink. Something like that.

Now, the help I'm asking from you is, what kind of music do you listen to that makes you get up and get going? What kind makes you dance hard? Or even what kind of music you exercise to!

If you have a few songs like this, please, please list them in a comment.

Thanks everyone!

Irish Jig stuff is good! My old standby for that kinda thing is Home for a Rest by Sprit of the West and 500 Miles (I'm Gonna Be) by The Proclaimers. Got any groups to reccomend? Besides Flogging Molly. ;)

Techno, eh? Maybe it's time to break out the old DDR songs I have...
