Bill proposes the alliance, stating hunters hunt in this city more frequently than they're used to and they should watch out for one another.

Bill will be like, plus you're like adorable baby kitten vampires and as much as I love snacking on a good kitten, the JoBros are too adorable to left alone.
Nick declines for them, Bill is all oh well, leaves his address and then two nights later, the hutners attack and the JoBros ninja away to Bill's place for sanctuary. :D
Coherently can be an issue. But Bill is supposed to be a bit over the top even as a vampire, so a little bit of silliness is expected. :)
