I'm not exactly sure. You have to create a different theme layer for the rotating pictures so I'm thinking maybe for a paid acct. I'll try and find the links for u.

I think with certain layouts you can get coding for rotating header images, this was a bit more indepth and usually I have such issues with header images...well I did with this one too, but now that I have it all figured out I am no longer constrained by one image! *cackles*

And yay! I tried to pick the most british icons I didn't know anything about there. lol
