I'm probably going to go with Dean did visit Sam during the first two years, but they had a bit of a falling out, hence Dean not visiting for 2 years and within that two years, Sam met Jess.
lol, perhaps the editors did mess up, but all sorts of kooky things could be assumed about the mysterious man in the passenger seat. XD
I always seem to get music from Supernatural when I write about Supernatural, it's crazy!
