FOH stands for Friends of Humanity and they're an extremist group like the KKK in the X-Men world.

*blushes* Am glad you're enjoying the series, I'm thinking one more story bit of the boys in the woods before they join up with the others. You know Buck is going to go into mother hen mode on JD. :D
