*grins* Well, the icon itself, I first erased the background of the image first, sized it down and put it in a 100x100 icon. Sharpened it and then used the stroke function on PS CS2 for the border around the image. The background itself is a gradient that I placed there first. The colour i used was 01ccff in the foreground and black in the background. Text used is called Schilmeyer Book. And ta-da! Icon!
